Store credentials, list what you can lease, and print envctl’s version.

envctl login

envctl login --api <url> --token <token>

Stores the API’s address and a CLI token in ~/.envlink/credentials.json (mode 0600), then checks them.

ENVLINK_API and ENVLINK_TOKEN override stored credentials, which suits CI runners that shouldn’t write a token to disk.
